Job description:
– Check drawings and quantities to ensure accuracy
– Quantity take-off, basic construction estimates, project construction estimates
– Prepare bidding documents, bids, evaluate bids, perform estimate verification, and total construction project estimates
– Regularly update current construction data and unit prices
Job requirements:
– Graduated from a regular university majoring in construction economics
– Have 3 years or more experience in a similar position
– Know how to use office software: Ms Office, AutoCad.
– Can read and understand drawings
– Have good health
