- Prepare documents to apply for a factory planning license for HanSheng Precision Technology company, implement in accordance with state regulations, applying Circular 04/2022/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction promulgating regulations for with large-scale construction projects in Industrial Parks. Seriously comply with the law in Vietnam and the issued regulations of Song Than 3 Industrial Park.

- Prepare factory construction design documents according to production and business requirements of HanSheng Precision Technology company.

- Apply for a construction permit for the factory project in accordance with legal regulations.

- Prepare for the commencement and construction of the factory to soon hand over the factory to HanSheng Precision Technology Company, bringing the factory into the testing and production and business phase.
