2.1 Before construction
Before construction, the construction unit needs to carefully check the machine as well as ensure the features and equipment of the press. When testing the equipment, it is necessary to increase the design axial load of the pile by 10 ~ 15% to facilitate checking the overall stability of the system. The capacity of the equipment must be 1.25 times greater than the specified maximum design pressure.

2.2 Centrifugal pile driving construction
Based on the density of piles, foundation and overall construction site:
- If the pile density is thick and far from the surrounding architectural block, pile driving from the inside out.
- If the pile density is thick, the site is narrow and long, when the two ends are far from the architectural block, pile driving must be done from the middle first and then to the two sides. When the architectural block is adjacent to one side, construction must be carried out from the side adjacent to the architectural block outward.
Based on the geological conditions at the construction site:
- If the construction site has a large area with a part where the soil layer on the surface has sand; there is a rock, then the construction will be carried out in that area first.
- If the bearing soil layer has a large difference in depth or the depth of the pile when driving; then the long pile will be driven first and then the short pile will be driven.
- Based on the pile specifications and distribution:
- When the pile specifications are uneven, the large pile must be driven first and then the small pile.
- If there is a large pile cap in the construction site (30 piles or more); the large pile cap must be constructed first and then the small pile cap must be constructed.
Next, the construction unit will proceed to weld the piles. When connecting, the construction unit will ensure that the remaining pile length from the ground is 0.5 ~ 1.0 m; and the lower section must be straight or the difference in straightness does not exceed 1%; load the piles about (10 ~ 15%) of the design load during the welding period; to create complete contact between the two flange surfaces.
When welding, in case of using CO2 protective gas; the construction unit must use 2 welding machines to weld symmetrically; at the same time. The welding layer must not be less than 2 layers, must be welded continuously until the weld is full.
In case of using manual welding machine, the welding groove must be first; must be marked from 4 to 6 points symmetrically; wait for the top and bottom of the fixed pile to be fixed before proceeding with the welding layer separation.. After welding, it must be allowed to cool naturally for at least 3 minutes.

- The jacking system and support bracket must be positioned correctly and vertically.
- The first pile segment is accurately positioned in terms of verticality and position.

- Steel pilot piles are used in the pile driving process. The two ends of the pile are flat and perpendicular to the pile axis.
- The pile joint is made by welding, ensuring the thickness and technology according to the standards.
