QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR

3. How should a construction contractor's quality management system be established?

If self-established according to international experience, the quality management system of the construction contractor must be built on the basis of the operating system from the General Company to the construction site; to confirm that; the contractor is trustworthy enough to strictly control all stages; throughout the construction process.
