    4. MAIN BUSINESS LINE

    4.1 Establishing construction investment projects

    a. Prepare construction investment reports (Pre-feasibility study reports) and apply for investment permits for projects.

    b. Prepare construction investment project (Feasibility study report) for group B and C projects, including the following tasks:
    + Prepare investment project explanations;
    + Basic design based on the selected design plan.

    + Construction works for religious purposes;

    4.2 Construction survey
       Construction survey (according to Article 46 - Construction Law) includes: topographic survey; geological survey of works, hydrogeological survey, survey of current state of works and other survey work serving construction activities (survey, assessment of the impact of construction works on the environment) surrounding environment) for grade I, grade II, grade III and grade IV works of the same type.     4.3 Construction design

    4.4 Verify investment estimates, design estimates and synthesize construction estimates.

    + Consider factors ensuring project feasibility, including: compatibility with planning; land and resource use needs (if any); ability to clear land, ability to mobilize capital to meet project progress; management experience of the investor; ability to repay loans; fire prevention and fighting solutions; factors affecting the project such as national defense, security, environment and other relevant legal regulations.
    b. Construction design verification includes the following tasks:
    + Check compliance with approved design steps;
    + Compliance with applicable construction standards;
    + Evaluate the level of project safety, the reasonableness of the choice of technology line and selected equipment (if any); correct application of Economic - Technical norms;
    + Cost norms, unit prices, relevant policies and cost items in the estimate according to regulations, etc. Consulting on bidding and contractor selection in construction activities

    4.5 Consulting on bidding and contractor selection in construction activities.

    a. Prepare bidding documents based on:
    + The bidding plan has been approved by the competent authority
    + Investor's requirements
    + Design documents (including: Technical explanation + Drawings + Detailed estimates) have been approved and relevant legal documents.
    + Construction conditions.
    b. Analysis and evaluation of bid documents (after approval of bidding documents) includes the following tasks:
    + Bid opening;
    + Organize bid evaluation;
    + Bid evaluation report.

    4.6 Construction supervision

     On behalf of the Investor, manage all or each item of the project, monitor quality, construction progress, supervise contract implementation, etc. during the construction process.

    4.7 Evaluation of construction equipment assets

     Based on the current pricing policy, evaluate the project or each part of the project, help the Investor make settlement payments in construction or determine the price of investment capital contributions, joint ventures, etc.

    4.8 Evaluate and determine the cause of construction incidents

     Analyze and evaluate the causes of construction incidents to establish remedial measures, renovate and upgrade the construction.

    4.9 Project interior design

     Interior design includes work on organizing the architectural space inside the building, organizing the arrangement of objects and small objects that create the architectural space in the house (floor, walls, ceiling, etc. ). Use the language of color, light and sound to organize and decorate to create aesthetic connections, etc. Exterior design includes work on organizing the architectural space outside the building.
